Mount Ara began with family.

Our founder, Vartan, is the most hardworking person we know. His inspiration has always been family—both the two-legged and the four-legged kind. As our family dogs grew older, we started paying closer attention to what was in their food. We quickly realized that the best way to care for them was to bake our own treats at home, using simple, wholesome ingredients we could trust.

What began as something small for our own pups soon grew into something bigger: a full-time mission to help other families care for their dogs the same way. Because to us, dogs are family too.

With Vartan leading the way, Mount Ara has grown through hard work, long days, and plenty of love.

 

We’ve built this business together as a family, with every recipe tested, refined, and inspired by our own dogs. Today, our treats, toys, and spreads are made with the same dedication and integrity that started it all—so every family can give their best friend something better.
